These general Terms and Conditions shall be part of the agreement between Kashinathpur Online (hereinafter called “Kashinathpur Online”) and the subscriber.

1. Subscriber Identification

The subscriber must provide necessary documents and information to establish their identity, legal status, and business capacity.
Kashinathpur Online reserves the right to verify all submitted information.
If any false information is provided, or if there is a failure to notify changes to previously provided information, Kashinathpur Online may temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate the service at its sole discretion.

2. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all marked confidential information received during the course of the service.
Confidential information may only be disclosed if it is already public knowledge, previously known without breaching this agreement, or if disclosure is legally required.

3. Ownership

All equipment, devices, and connections provided by Kashinathpur Online remain the exclusive property of Kashinathpur Online.
Subscribers are not permitted to claim ownership or transfer the equipment.

4. Service Timeline

Kashinathpur Online will strive to provide the requested services within the agreed timeline.
In case of unexpected delays, the subscriber will be informed at the earliest possible time.

5. Contention Ratio

All internet packages provided by Kashinathpur Online follow a 1:8 contention ratio policy, meaning bandwidth may be shared among up to eight users.
Example: A 40 Mbps package may offer around 5 Mbps speed during peak usage times, ensuring fair distribution of resources among users.

6. Unauthorized Sharing

Subscribers are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or redistributing their internet connection to third parties, whether for monetary or non-monetary purposes.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate service termination and potential legal action.

7. Service Interruptions

Kashinathpur Online is not responsible for any service interruptions, downtimes, or reduced speeds caused by:

• Natural disasters

• Technical malfunctions

• Governmental actions

• Other external factors beyond our control.

8. Payments

Subscribers must pay for the services within the due date mentioned in their invoice or user panel.
Failure to pay within the deadline may result in temporary suspension or permanent disconnection of services.

9. Data Privacy and Security

While Kashinathpur Online applies strong security measures to protect the network, absolute protection from cyber threats cannot be guaranteed.
Subscribers are advised to use updated antivirus software and maintain safe browsing habits.

10. Technical Support

Kashinathpur Online provides technical support for its own internet services.
Support for third-party devices, software, or applications is not covered and may require additional fees.

11. Connection Fee

Connection fees depend on the selected package, connection type, and location.
Downgrade fees may apply if a subscriber wishes to move to a lower package.
Kashinathpur Online reserves the right to modify connection or service fees with proper notice.

12. Modifications

Kashinathpur Online may update or modify these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Subscribers will be informed of any changes, and continued use of services will imply acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

Kashinathpur Online will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of such possibilities.

14. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Bangladesh.
Any legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
